Alternative Banking Solutions and Ways to Access Your Funds
Night Deposit: Our night deposit is available 24/7. During regular banking hours, envelopes, deposit slips, and pens will be available. We will be checking the night deposit regularly in order to make your funds available for use.
ATMs: If you need cash, access to your account balances, or to make a deposit (available at deposit-enabled ATMs only), please use one of our ATMs. To find the locations of our ATMs, click here. First Central Bank Visa® Debit cards are also part of the MoneyPass network. For a full list of surcharge-free ATMs in your area, visit moneypass.com or download the MoneyPass app.
FirstLink Online and Mobile Banking: Many of our banking services are available remotely through the FirstLink Online Banking web site and the FirstLink Mobile Banking app, including mobile deposits, bill pay, funds transfers, and person-to-person payments.
FirstLink Telephone Banking: You can check account balances and transfer funds through the FirstLink Telephone Banking service. Call 888-326-4321 to access the service.
eStatements: To cut down on trips to the post office, we suggest you sign up for eStatements through FirstLink Online Banking. If you're used to picking your statement up at the bank, we will be mailing all paper statements beginning March 23. With eStatements, you'll be notified by email when your statement is available, and you can view, print, or save it through FirstLink Online Banking. As an added benefit, you'll receive $10 for each account you enroll.
Visa® Debit Card: We recommend utilizing your First Central Bank Visa® Debit card for transactions during this time. Your debit card has extra security features to protect your account. Having large amounts of cash may create a security issue, as well as expose you to additional germs as many cash transactions are conducted in close quarters.
First Central Bank McCook Drive-Thru: For customers of First Central Bank McCook, our drive-thru in McCook will continue regular hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday 8:00 am to noon.

If you haven't yet, you can download the FirstLink Mobile Banking app from your device's app store. With FirstLink Mobile Banking, you can check account balances, transfer money, deposit checks with FirstLink Mobile Deposit, pay bills, and more.

Our FirstLink Telephone Banking service is available 24 hours a day by calling 888-326-4321. By using the service, you can obtain account balances, transfer funds, and get a listing of recent account activity.
