Guess the Games Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR OBLIGATION NECESSARY. A TRANSACTION, PURCHASE, OR OBLIGATION DOES NOT IMPROVE ONE'S CHANCE OF WINNING.

  1. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.


  2. Guess the Games is open to individuals 18 years of age or older. Need not be a Bank customer to participate. Guess the Games begins on September 6, 2013, and ends on October 11, 2013. Entries must be received by the Thursday prior to each week’s football games to be eligible for the prize.


  3. Individuals may enter their names into the sweepstakes a maximum of one (1) time each week, by:
    a. Going to http://www.firstcentral.com/gtg and filling out the entry form.


  4. The entrant who correctly guessed the most outcomes will be the winner for that week. In the event of a tie, the tiebreaker question will be used. There will be 5 (five) prize winners, one winner per week for each week of the contest. The winner will receive $25.00 cash.


  5. Name and image of winner may be used for promotional purposes, and by acceptance of the prize, the winner agrees to allow Bank to post their name and photo on its website, Facebook page, and/or local newspapers, as a condition of receipt thereof.


  6. Bank employees and their immediate family are not eligible to participate.


  7. Winner will be notified via the contact information they provided at time of entry. Return of any prize, or prize notification, as undeliverable, the inability of Bank to contact a winner based on contact information provided, the failure of a potential winner to claim a prize within seven (7) business days after Bank notification, or potential winner ineligibility, will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected at the Bank’s discretion. In order for a winner to claim a prize, the Bank may require additional information or documentation, including but not limited to appropriate IRS tax forms, if applicable.


  8. By participating in Guess the Games, Entrants agree: (a) to abide by and be bound by these rules and decisions of Bank, which shall be final in all respects relating to the Guess the Games, including and without limitation to the interpretation of these rules; (b) to release, discharge, and hold harmless Bank, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotional agencies and suppliers and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Guess the Games from any and all injuries, liability, losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind including liability for personal injury or death by their participation in the Guess the Games or their acceptance of a prize; (c) if chosen as a winner, to the use of their name, voice, image, and/or likeness for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes by Bank and their subsidiaries and affiliates without further compensation and to execute specific consent to such if asked to do so. Bank, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, shareholders and employees are not responsible and shall not be liable for (a) electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect delay in operation, theft or destruction; (b) unauthorized access to or alterations of entry material; (c) technical, network, telephone, equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions; (d) limitations of any kind or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive information by Bank on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website or any combination thereof. Bank is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, damaged, misdirected, or illegible entries or any condition caused by events beyond their control that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted. Bank may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest through cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants or Bank.


  9. Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these Official Rules at any time and for any reason without notice.
